Key Plaza Shopping Center is a 220,000 square foot shopping center and is one of three major shopping centers on the island of Key West. When our team took over the leasing of Key Plaza Shopping center, the plaza was operating at less than 80% occupancy. We have been the exclusive agents for over three years now and have renewed our relationship with the investment firm that owns the shopping center. |

Searstown Shopping Center, Key West
Searstown Shopping Center is a 240,000 square shopping center is Key West. The land for this property was originally sold by Edward Knight to developers that built the shopping center in the 1960's. Our team has had an exclusive agreement with the new owners of the shopping center since 1997, from which time, the shopping center has never dropped below an occupancy rate of 95%. In 1999, we placed Outback Steakhouse into the shopping center as well as numerous other local retail and office tenants. |
