Heather-May Sloan is a Key West real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway Keys Real Estate – Knight & Gardner Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Key West and the Lower Keys. As a full-time resident since 2009, she offers clients firsthand insight into the neighborhoods, lifestyle, and unique dynamics of the island real estate market.

 

Before launching her real estate career, Sloan spent more than a decade as a middle school teacher in Key West, working closely with local and military families. Her background in education translates directly into her real estate approach—clear communication, strong advocacy, attention to detail, and a commitment to guiding clients through every step of the process.

 

Sloan specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, military households, and clients relocating to Key West, providing practical guidance and local expertise to help them make confident decisions. She is deeply involved in the community, supporting organizations including MARC House, FKSPCA, and A.H. Monroe, and volunteering with the Key West Firehouse Museum.
