About Karin Wahlmann

My first visit to Key West was in 1998, and I fell in love with this island the minute I got here. After several visits, I made it my full-time home in 2014 when I bought a historic cottage in Bahama Village.

 

I’ve had a very successful career in technology sales for over 20 years, but my passion has always been for real estate. Having bought and sold several times on my own, I decided to become a full-time agent here in Key West in 2018.

 

Connecting people with a home they love is my favorite thing to do! I put all of my effort and energy into making sure my clients are given the red carpet treatment throughout the whole process. I’m proud to have been named a “Leading Edge Society” member and to rank in the top 8% of my team with Berkshire Hathaway!  Even more flattered by the referrals my clients send me!
