About Maria Wilson

I was very fortunate to have moved to Key West in 1994, after my husband, Jim Wilson, ventured here first. I quickly fell in love with the generous and kind atmosphere of the Florida Keys. I soon learned that living in a smaller community allowed me the opportunity to meet a variety of great people. More importantly, I treasure the opportunity to provide my extensive experience, professionalism, and respect to my clients.

 

After three years in the banking world involving loan closings and residential lending, I joined the residential and commercial real estate appraisal world with my husband, Jim Wilson, with whom I currently own our appraisal firm. In my 23 years of residential and commercial appraising, I have been able to acquire a vast amount of knowledge of the Florida Keys real estate market. Real estate sales have been a natural progression in my career path.

 

My goal is to provide not only excellent service, but also unique insight and knowledge of the real estate market to my clients so that they can achieve their real estate dream, whether it be residential or commercial properties. I am fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in French.
