I hold active licenses in Florida, New Hampshire, and Vermont, with my initial licensing dating back to 1999 in New Hampshire. I've also been licensed in Arizona, South Carolina, and North Carolina, accumulating a wealth of experience across various regions.

 

Before transitioning into real estate, I accumulated 20 years of experience in hospitality, finance, and retail management. As a REALTOR®, I thrive on being detail-oriented and adept at multitasking, bridging connections between buyers, sellers, mortgage representatives, contractors, builders, appraisers, vendors, and inspection processes. Negotiation, delivering exceptional customer service, and effective communication are hallmarks of my approach.

 

Originally hailing from the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, I've been happily married to Barbara for over 35 years. After several unforgettable vacations in Key West, we made the decision to move here with our beloved black Lab, Finn. My personal joys revolve around spending quality time with cherished friends, family, and grandchildren, while indulging in activities like sailing, boating, snorkeling, kayaking, and exploring the beauty of our surroundings.
