Inspired by The Wizard of Oz and Wicked, our 2026 Fantasy Fest celebration puts a distinctly Keys spin on a classic idea: that home looks a little different down here. It might mean waterfront views, a breezy island hideaway, a historic Key West cottage - or simply finding your place in a community unlike anywhere else.
Follow the Yellow Brick Road Through the Florida Keys
On Thursday, October 22, from 11 AM-3 PM, we're kicking off the festivities with our Fantasy Fest Parade of Homes Mega Open House Event. Think of it as your own Florida Keys yellow brick road.
From Key Largo to Key West, guests can make their way through a curated lineup of homes, each offering its own version of island living. Oceanfront retreats, tropical escapes, laid-back neighborhoods and plenty of Florida Keys personality are all part of the journey.
Whether you're seriously house hunting, casually curious or simply looking for a fun way to get into the Fantasy Fest spirit, consider this your invitation to explore. And yes, there's a very good reason to keep following the brick road.
Your Ticket to Fantasy Fest's Biggest Night
Every participating open house you visit earns you one entry to win four VIP tickets to our exclusive Fantasy Fest Parade Viewing Party on Saturday night. Visit three or more homes, and you'll receive an additional entry. Our annual party takes place at our Duval Street office in Key West, putting guests front and center for one of the most iconic nights of Fantasy Fest. Expect food, drinks, great company and a prime view as the Official Fantasy Fest Parade rolls down Duval Street. It's bold, colorful, a little over-the-top - and one of our favorite traditions of the year.
