This iconic event brings world-class racing, incredible energy, and thousands of spectators to the island we are proud to call home.
But this year, the excitement is even greater for our team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Keys Real Estate, because we're not just cheering from the sidelines. We're getting into the race!
Introducing BHHS Quick Close: Our New Offshore Raceboat!
We are thrilled to announce the debut of BHHS Quick Close, our very own offshore powerboat, competing in the Class 7 Division!

Whether we're helping a client buy their dream waterfront home, selling a luxury estate, or navigating a complex commercial real estate transaction, our philosophy is simple: preparation, teamwork, dedication, and execution make all the difference.
And now, we're bringing that same competitive spirit to the waters of Key West!
Our new raceboat, BHHS Quick Close, represents more than just horsepower and speed. It represents our passion for this community, our love for the water, and our commitment to being part of the events that make Key West such an extraordinary place to live, work, and play.

Racing and Real Estate: A Winning Combination
You might wonder what offshore powerboat racing and real estate have in common.
More than you might think!
Both require an exceptional team, a winning strategy, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
In offshore racing, success isn't simply about having the fastest boat. It's about the driver, throttleman, crew chiefs, and entire support team working together toward one goal.
Real estate is no different.
At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Keys Real Estate, our agents and support professionals work together to deliver exceptional results for our buyers and sellers throughout Key West and the Florida Keys.
We believe winning takes hard work, commitment, and the right people in your corner.
And whether we're competing on the water or representing our clients, excellence is our standard, not our goal.
Celebrating Everything That Makes Key West Special
The Race World Offshore World Championships are more than a sporting event. They're a celebration of the unique waterfront lifestyle that makes Key West one of the most desirable destinations in the world.
From our incredible boating community and beautiful turquoise waters to the restaurants, hotels, shops, and local businesses that welcome visitors, events like these showcase the very best of our island.
As a locally rooted real estate company serving the Florida Keys since 1957, we take tremendous pride in supporting the community that has supported us for generations.
Our participation in offshore racing is another way to celebrate our hometown, bring people together, and share our enthusiasm for everything that makes life in the Keys so special.
Key West, Let's Go Racing!
To our agents, clients, friends, fellow boaters, and racing fans: we want to hear you cheering!
